How to order
Step 1. Place your Order
Determine the size of the statue you want as well as any add-ons. Complete the order form on our online shop.
Step 2. Email Pictures
Reply to a confirmation email with a pictures of your pet. Ideally, we would like to have pictures from various angles (front, back, left side, right side) as well as a picture for us to color match. In addition, consider sending pictures that show specific characteristics you want us to capture.
STEP 3. Approve the digital model
In this stage, we sculpt your pet digitally and send it to you for approval. Pay attention to the shape of your overall pet as well as within the details, such as the ears and the face.
Step 4. Approve the painted statue
Once 3D printed, our in-house artist hand-paints your pet statue. We will then take photos and send them to you for your review. Here you will let us know how everything looks and if any changes need to be made.
Step 5. Receive your statue
Our managers thoroughly check the quality of your print before packaging and shipping. We then package your statue and send it to you.
