We do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order and a photo of the item’s condition. If the package was damaged in transit before arrival, please take photos before opening the package to inspect the contents as all packages we ship are insured. All exchanges are addressed on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If we require you to ship the package back to us, this would be at your expense.
