While our statues are made of weather-resistant material, storing them in the elements is not recommended as damage can occur in extreme hot and cold temperatures

When ordering a statue we request 6-10 photos of your pet which are used to create an identical 3D model of your pet. Our artists also use the photos to match the colors and patterns of your pet during the painting stage. We send photos for approval every step of the way to get your feedback and make sure it's just right!

Yes. Up to three rounds of custom model edits can be requested. In addition, we will send photos of the completed product after painting to ensure it meets your expectations.
What happens after placing the order

1. Email pictures of your pet
Reply to a confirmation email with a pictures of your pet. Ideally, we would like to have pictures from various angles (front, back, left side, right side) as well as a picture for us to color match.

2. Approve digital model of your pet
In this stage, we sculpt your pet digitally and send it to you for approval. Pay attention to the shape of your overall pet as well as within the details, such as the ears and the face.

3. Approve the painted statue
Once 3D printed, our in-house artist hand-paints your item. We will then take photos and send them to you for your review. Here you will let us know how everything looks and if any changes need to be made.
